Magical views of Hanalei Bay, Napali Coast and the Makai Golf Course in a beautifully styled home

Spectacular views from living room, two lanais, king and queen bedrooms. The whole house is light and bright, recently updated with new paint, flooring, light fixtures and all new furniture, high-end mattresses and linens. Cook's kitchen is stocked with everything needed to create gourmet meals and dine in tropic foliage-surrounded dining nook. King bed bedroom has an en-suite full bath, reading nook, desk/workstation and private lanai. Queen bed bedroom is elegant and surrounded by ti-plants. Third bedroom/media room has a single sofabed and twin bed ottoman with a 60" streaming TV. Step-in shower bath room is down the hall, as well as full washer/dryer laundry center.
No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property. As this home has AC, if you overuse/abuse the AC – defined as using more than 100kWH per day (*average dailv electrical use, in this property, with AC, is 40 - 60kWH) – you'll be charged $50 per day of overuse.

AMAZING

Tranquil stay

The property is even better in person! The views are amazing and the location has 2 beach options within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked and the property was spotless. They also included beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. We enjoyed walking down to Hotel 1 Hanalei Bay to grab a morning coffee and enjoy the view. We also used the public access path (or should I say endless stairs) to get down to a little beach. Hideaway beach is just down from the property and is really cool. It looks harder than it really is to get down and totally worth it. If you want to order pizza, definitely try Wiki pizza. It was delicious and a .2 mile drive for pick up. We also liked the food trucks and the coffee shop, Wishing Well. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely place but listing needs more information to manage expectations

This cozy place is in a lovely location with amazing views from the lanais. There are many amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas. If it had been properly advertised I think this would be a 5 star stay, but looking at the listing again it seems a bit misleading. The floor plan was unclear. There are 2 floors, you enter on the 2nd floor. All showers and bedrooms are down the stairs. Anyone with mobility issues should not stay as the stairs were required for all daily living. The AC was not as expected. There are several in-room units (not pictured online, but taking up space in reality) and one in-wall AC in the upstairs living area. As all of them sit inside the house, it is extremely loud when running. It was manageable to turn them off and use them periodically at 76 for us, but someone expecting a consistent, cool temperature and low noise would be disappointed. There are also signs indicating that excessive use (below 68) monitored through electric usage will incur fines. The washer and dryer are also loud. The 3rd bedroom with "two double sofa beds" does have 2 sofa beds, one is an ottoman and one is from the loveseat, but they are twin sized which is misrepresented in the “Rooms and Beds” section. The room is also too small to have both open and have space to get into the beds or have any bags inside. Reviews also state a short easy walk to the beach, but it is a rather steep climb down the cliff or a slightly less steep paved walk using hotel access.

We loved this place! Beautiful views and perfect location coupled with a tastefully decorated home. My family and I really loved staying here. Lauren was also extremely responsive and helpful which made our experience even better. Highly recommend. We look forward to returning!!

Great View and Facility

We spent almost 2 weeks at this property. It was just as it was listed very clean probably the most updated of all these villas. It was nice not sharing walls, ceilings, and floors with other tenants as you do in a condo. Loved having a bathroom on each floor and the TV room was very cozy. Didn’t have to use the air-conditioning the whole time we were there just by opening windows and letting the air flow through. My only issue was lack a privacy as some of the windows which face the neighbors did not have coverings and the front door was glass without a shade. If you go to the kitchen in the night, you walk by a clear glass door:-O . Would definitely recommend this property.

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do one for this stay and this property. Everything was as expected from the photos and dare I say the photos don't do justice to the views. The location is perfect--easy walk to one of the best beaches in Kauai. Easy drive to Princeville center or down to Hanalei. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and we plan too!

Amazing villa with incredible views

Our family of 3 just spent 5 nights at this beautiful villa and it was absolutely perfect. The views from the 2 balconies are incredible and made our stay so magical. The house is very clean and nicely decorated and had all the amenities we needed with washer/dryer, a well stocked kitchen, and beach supplies. The location to many north shore beaches and towns was perfect and the neighborhood setting is quiet with places to walk and watch the sunsets. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book again!

Gorgeous view from every window

This cottage was so cute! The view is gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked. Beach gear was an added bonus. AC available in each room which is a rare find in Princeville. Location was convenient to all things in Princeville. Very close to Queen’s Bath and a short walk across the street to Hideaway’s Beach. Loved every moment here.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views!

We stayed with our three teens for 4 nights in this beautiful house in the quiet and peaceful Princeville resort community. After 5 nights in Maui, Kauai was a nice opportunity to slow down and relax. The house is well-stocked with everything you need. The views of the mountains and the Hanalei Bay are absolutely stunning- I couldn't stop taking pictures! The kids enjoyed the hike down to Hideaways Beach but I preferred to take the stairs behind the nearby hotel to the other beach. And for people who don't want to walk down to the beach there are loads of nearby beaches within 10 minutes to drive to. Hanalei is a 5-10 minute drive away and really fun. We had a great time walking around the shops and eating at all the different spots and food trucks. (My husband ate at Hanalei Poke every day and even got a last bowl for the drive to the airport. My teens had daily smoothie bowls!) Foodland is a few minutes from the house and has everything you need for food shopping. We loved everything about the house and the location on the North Shore. Miss it already.

Beautiful, well-located condo

Our family of four enjoyed this spaced immensely. The furnishings are beautiful and the location is difficult to beat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals, and the beds were comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and hope to return someday.

Beautiful Peaceful Getaway
