«Love it love it love it! Felt like a home away from home. My kids loved the stairs and upstairs space for sleeping and play, my husband loved the loaded kitchen with a laundry unit!!! I loved the grounds and coffee shop overlooking the pond with a lot of lovely geese and green space. The private bedroom downstairs so we didn't share a room with the kids. Close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg! It was our favorite stay out of the 7 places we rented on our road trip. Only thing I could live ...

«Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. »

«Was in town for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Virginia Beach Sports complex. Ocean Key Resort is less than 2 miles from the complex. It's in a great location and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The resort itself was very clean with a nice indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.»

«Loved the location close to everything you would want to spend the day at like VA Beach, Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The resort was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Reserving both A and B apartments worked well for my family and friends to sleep and rests after each days outing. Loved the activity center and heated pools.»

«It met my expectations. My only concerns were the internet - it was hesitant/buffering quite a bit. I also noticed there were no knives for slicing fruit/veggies or meat -only table/butter knives. But overall my stay was pleasant with a great view of the ocean and super convenient to restaurants and shops. The check in/out process was easy and the staff was able to answer/assist with any questions I had. I am definitely considering staying here in the future.»

«We had a great stay! They also had a cool feature that we could just text them when we needed something. They also had full size Shampoo and body wash hanging in the shower that smelled awesome! And lotion near the sink! Their elevators are a little slow, but that was the only pain we had. Thank you!»

«The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although ...
