This modern and newly renovated approx. 52sqm old building apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. Guests number 3 and 4 can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed.

The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size double bed (180X200).

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, stove and oven. Of course, there are also plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen also has a solid wood dining table for four people.

The separate living room adjoins the kitchen and invites you to relax on the comfortable couch. This can be folded into another bed. With high-speed WiFi and smart TV you can switch off and relax here after a strenuous day.

The modern bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.

Everything you could want from your home is available here too: hairdryer, towels and soap.

The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase. Access to the apartment is via a smart lock.

The entire apartment is at your disposal. Feel like home! Although we are not on site, we can be reached via telephone, SMS or the messaging system. Please remember that you are booking a holiday apartment and not a hotel with a 24/7 desk ;-).
