«Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO. «Thank you again for your hospitality! You were one of the most responsive and considerate hosts I’ve stayed with, and we really appreciated that. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but a few cleanliness issues stood out — the bathtub in back bedroom had stains, there was sand in one of the bunk beds, the kitchen counters were sticky, and the trash can had an odor with no extra bags. «Our stay was amazing.It was truly home away from home.Katie,our host,was so kind.The condo was exactly how it was pictured.The place was immaculate.The bedding was super clean.When we arrived we had the cutest little animal towels folded on our beds.It was a very nice touch.We will definitely be staying here next year.»

«Cort was a great host. The complex lost water due to a water main break and he offered many solutions at no cost to us to help us out. Place was clean with towels and toilet paper which has been rare for our past VRBO stays. Close to the beach but also 4 pools made it nice to have options. Close enough to Pier Park to hang out but far enough away for a quiet night under the stars.»
