«Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. «When we arrived, we were put in a different room than what I paid for. I spent 1200 for 3 nights and the front desk person put us in a room that was more like a closet. After a few hours, I went to complain and they put us in the right room. Then the next day we get a call that our bands had to be rekeyed because the original person only did it for one night. This was the first time staying here and with all of the inconveniences, not sure if we will be back. Upon checking out someone else ...

«Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!»

«False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend»

There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. There was mold on the shower curtains. The two twin beds were filthy. »

«This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people ...
