«I absolutely loved my stay at the Craigmyle! First of all, it is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with beautiful greenery and quite vocal birds. Upon walking into the inn I was immediately greeted by the keeper and given comfortable slippers to walk around, we were offered a tour and notified of their breakfast. The suite where I stayed was nice and clean through and through. I’m not sure about all the other rooms, but my room had a mini fridge, a kitchen sink, toaster oven, microwave, ...

«There wasn’t a coffee maker when we arrived, and the one later provided was leaking. We had to request another one afterward. It also felt like the appliances weren’t properly maintained, and there were no cupboards in the kitchen. They provided the hotel extension number information, but there was no phone in the room. Had to contact them by email because nobody answered the hotel phone number. The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work well, and the balcony hadn’t been cleaned — there ...

«We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own.»
