«Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. «This location is a beautiful property. We were given one of the waterfront rooms in the newer portion of the building. The room was clean and very well equipped had we have wanted to prepare our own meal. Instead we opted to have dinner at Riva, the restaurant in the same building which was an amazing experience. The property is in a wonderful area of Sidney with shops, restaurants, a great waterfront walking area. We would certainly return here again but next times would stay for a few days.»

«Very pretty property. A bit hard to find. We called we were going to arrive late in the evening, and they left us a key in a padlock. Only observation is they could change padlock to have more visible numbers. They were black on black! But wonderful stay!»

«Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!»

«The resort is in a nice location and the view from our room was beautiful. However, the room itself is quite run down (stained carpet, chipped furniture, broken blinds). There is no A/C, so the room was very warm in the afternoon and evening. The ceiling fan, and the extra fan the hotel provides, didn’t really help to cool the room down.»
