«Great rustic house with a view of the river. Everything we needed for a family of 3 to enjoy a week lounging around and hanging out by the river. Found a pretty secluded beach just a 3 minute walk from the house. All in all a great place for a family vacation!»

«The house itself was large, clean, and well maintained, and its in a great walkable location. That said, the exterior of the home was less well maintained. For instance there was an old mattress abandoned in the yard, there were lots of leaves that were not cleaned up, and the hot tub had a green residue and an off smell. «This is a very cute place in the woods with lots of outdoor space to sit and enjoy nature. We woke every morning to a deer and two fawns outside our window and jays calling. We wanted a place to read, work on art projects, and avoid screens. I did work each morning- the WiFi was strong, but it was a great place to power off for the rest of the day.My only caveat is to remind people that this is not the place for someone with limited mobility as there are lots of stairs, which is the case for all ...

«I stayed at this property with several friends for a weekend of cycling and we greatly enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and river access after long days of biking. Everything was clean and in good condition. There is seating and room to have big group meals inside or on the deck. It's a lovely property and you can walk to town in 10 min. For a closer meal, Hot Box BBQ was excellent.I also want to add that this property is amazingly equipped for a family (I left my kids at home since we were ...
