«To negatives to mention in what was in all and all an excellent stay: Had ordered the stay through hotels.com, but somehow they didn't have us on the list... Another time I ordered a Michelada, and after 40 minutes of wait I went up and asked when I could expect it and was then told they didn't have the ingredients... But everything else with the place was great! Beautiful area to stay, beautiful huts and really friendly and helpful staff. Grotto trip was our favourite, you should do it! BTW ...

«My luggage didn't arrive with my flight, so I had to wait at the airport for two hours to collect it from the next flight that arrived in Guatemala. The time was 2 in the morning, and I called the hotel with small hopes of them being able to come and get me from the airport. However, the woman I spoke to was incredibly forthcoming and kind, and she drove out and picked me up at the airport, free of charge, even though it was in the middle of the night. Breakfast was served the following morning, ...
