«Ho soggiornato in questo B&B e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. L’arredamento è davvero curato nei dettagli, originale e particolare, con uno stile che rende l’ambiente accogliente e piacevole. La camera era pulita e confortevole. La colazione è semplice ma comunque gradevole, con tutto il necessario per iniziare bene la giornata. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e l’atmosfera familiare. Consigliato a chi cerca una struttura caratteristica e ben tenuta.»

«This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed.
The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views.
Breakfast was great, too.
We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.»

«We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about.
Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did.
I truly hope to come back ...

«Close to the train station, short walk to the mall area where Tuesday markets are on. room is very tiny, bathroom is very compact with no toilet privacy if that is what you need. The shower had a ledge cut into the bathroom, and water from the shower gets onto this ledge and runs along it wetting the toilet paper if thats where you keep it, no toilet roll holder. The aircon was not great at all, and 35C days this was a considerable issue, but thankfully it was for one night. The pics on the ...
