"I have stayed many times at this hotel as it's convenient to where I occasionally work. One of the reasons I always went back was because it's staff were so helpful. Unfortunately they have now installed a tablet check-in system and reduced the no. of check-in staff. In my opinion this has had a detrimental effect on the check-in experience - especially problematic if you were checking in at the same time as a large group. There are other hotels offering a more personalised service where you're able to speak with real people. I will certainly be seeking these out in future."

"3 cosas buenas del lugar. La ubicación 10/10 El tamaño del pod 10/10 La facilidad para hacer check in - out y tomar la llave 10/10 Con honestidad no volvería a quedarme aquí, desafortunadamente me tocó un cuarto como con 98 personas por lo cual hay ruido la mayor parte del tiempo, los pods son 3 hacía arriba y toda la instalación es madera por lo que se escucha todo y sientes que en cualquier momento te va a caer encima la persona que duerme arriba, (me quedé en el pod de abajo). El día que hacen limpieza las personas que se encargan del mismo llegan como si trajeran fiesta y no paran de hablar entre ellas. Los baños son bastantes pero están sucios, regularmente falta papel higiénico y huelen feo a orines. Las regaderas, el agua tiene la temperatura exacta y es abundante, había como 6 fuera de servicio por lo que un día tuve que esperar como 10 minutos a que se desocupara una, y no había jabón dentro de las mismas, afortunadamente yo siempre viajo con mis propios jabones. Los elevadores tardaban mucho en llegar, las personas optaban por irse por las escaleras. El seguro del pod normalmente daba problemas para abrir o cerrar, en 2 ocasiones me tocó ver que fueron a llamar a personal para pedir ayuda, pero quienes no iban tardaban hasta 5 minutos intentando cerrar su pod. "

"This place was fantastic! The rooms were small, with a shower right there, but it was absolutely awesome and water didn’t get anywhere. Somebody came and cleaned every other day. The bed was so comfy. There’s no closet, but they did have hangers on the wall. And there’s no dresser, but if you’re a simple traveler, this was the greatest experience. They also had a free wine and cheese night on Tuesdays and Saturdays, which was a lot of fun in the lobby. The staff were so friendly and everything was so clean. And the location was fantastic. I walked to everywhere, the West End, Trafalgar Square, the science museum, and everything else you could hop onto the underground real fast. In the area was really safe. I came home late a couple of nights and walked alone with no fear."
