«We ended up in a different room due to some changes at the guesthouse. Unfortunately, the new room was not cleaned, and we only received one towel for two people. The refrigerator didn’t work, the shower had very low pressure, and there was dirty cutlery on the counter.
The host, however, was helpful and gave us a ride to the ferry terminal, which we appreciated.»

«Ocean view suites have mold and mildew really bad. Stayed for 6 days and I ended up with a sinus and respiratory infection and the management did nothing. The spa needs upgrades and cleaning. Breakfast buffet was barely edible. Better off ordering room service, food was somewhat fresher.»

«This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July ...
