«This property is lovely. The staff were friendly and welcomed me as I arrived around 6:15 pm and offered a glass of wine and a meal. It was nice to have a pool to cool off at the end of the day. «Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. På vårt rom var det en nøkkel og lås som man virkelig måtte bruke tid på å lære seg teknikken for å åpne og låse (på tide å bytte lås?). «Staff was wonderful. We arrived late and had a difficult time finding the right road to the property. Fabio was in contact with us the entire time and had to rescue us after we got lost. Thank you. Had a wonderful meal at the restaurant and breakfast the next day was exceptional. The room was very nice and clean. The wine tour was great and enjoyed the tasting. Stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more. Highly recommended.»
