The villa has been skilfully restored with its original architectural features and its ancient charm preserved and turned into a charming country house with private swimming pool. This villa offers splendid views over vineyards and olive groves and is an ideal destination for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The villa is nicely and comfortably furnished in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved and partially steep road not suitable for sports cars.
Distances: San Polo with all kinds of shops 4 km, Figline Valdarno 15 km, Florence 20 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 1,50 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge). Parking within the grounds.
