What is referred to as the lower ground floor — a sunken ground floor accessible via eight steps leading down to the lounge — houses the first bedroom, furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private exit to the garden. A full bathroom on this level includes a shower, bidet, and WC.

On the upper floor, the second bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions — 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length — and benefits from its own en suite bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC.
