«Spider webs in room corners at floor level, never got the WiFi password asked twice, Water damage to ceiling and the fire alarm went off at 2.00 am in the morning twice within 5 minutes of each burst. The staff were nice and I parked outside my room but a line of pot plants were difficult to maneuver around to get to and from ones car, the pot plants shouldn't be there a massive OH&S issue for guests. «Booked the hotel in the afternoon online, arrived at 19.00 - nobody there. Reception closed and all dark! Eventually discovered a note with a phone no to call in "emergency" - suprise - answeringmachine! Then tried next phone no and a very surprised persons answered and it took her at least 30 minutes to arrive. The restaurant was closed Mondays and Tuesdays, we had to head out in the dark to find somewhere to eat dinner. Was advised there had been an "staff emergency" that afternoon... However ...

«Plenty of space, lovely to have the outdoor table for dinner - plenty of deckchairs by the pool. Great outlook onto a vinyard and heaps of roos lazing about. Very close to the Hunter Valley Gardens for the xmas lights. Some good restuarants close by.»
