«It seems as the owners are new to VRBO. The place was decorated nicely, but the kitchen was not clean, the oven did not work and the kitchen was not well stocked. We found the place late in our search for somewhere to stay for the marathon. It was fine for one night.»

Lots of noise from upstairs - non-stop barking dog, could hear every footstep. «I was very happy with our stay at this property! A perfect location. Spouse and I were easily able to walk to downtown Grand Rapids to enjoy the sights. We even walked to John Ball Zoo. Room was clean and comfortable. My only real complaint was that there was not a toaster in the kitchen, but we were able to improvise easily with the oven. «Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore.»

«Check in was perfect. Went to show, had food downtown after, got back to property and. Ohldnt get in with original pass code. Had to call at 11pm at night for an explanation. Code had changed, first time I heard of the change was 11pm, and we were waiti g in cold for several minutes. Also, shower in Create suite got really cold 2 minutes into shower. Turned off shower waited a couple minutes, and then water got hot. Then water stayed hot for 10 minute shower. It was like water heater wasnt ...
