«This was my first house rental. Me and two friends went to the area to go to hunting like we have for the last 40 years. This was such a pleasant surprise to be able to stay and have room to relax. Even with only three people the cost was less than a hotel.»

«I can't really comment on the accuracy of property description. There was a problem with the original house, but our host was able to accommodate us with a different house close by. We only stayed one night as a stop over, but she was quick to respond with questions. The house was clean but the yard hadn't been mowed in awhile.»

«We enjoyed our stay at this lovely VRBO after our daughter had our newest grandbaby. We were able to bring our two other grands over to this home and keep a close eye on them to let the newborn and Mom & Dad get settled in. This home has 3 bedrooms downstairs and one loft, so it was very convenient to have one room for each of the other children without needing to go upstairs. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the house was very cozy. Also a plus -- it's VERY near all the shops and restaurants ...

«This place was amazing! This was the cutest place walking distance to downtown Sulphur springs. The host is responsive and extremely sweet! The beds were comfortable and seating area in the living room area is roomy and relaxing.You can enjoy the front deck with a nice hot cup of coffee, and enjoy the view.There is a beautiful park with a lovely trail that you can walk or enjoy a nice bike ride.We will definitely be coming back to the house!»

«Great property. Clean, spacious, lots of area for parking several vehicles. I’d stay there again if I was in the area. My only complaint would be that if I was spending time in backyard I’d want the weeds cleaned up around the patio area, they were kind of tall, but other than that no problems. BTW they don’t like you wearing shoes in house so bring you some house shoes or something for indoors if your like me and and I don’t like walking in rental places barefoot.»
