«Great location. Close to town yet quiet. Private front courtyard and back yard. Little in the way of artwork but very comfortable furniture and all the kitchen and bathroom items one would want. Christian is prompt and very communicative. Would certainly stay there again.»

«Virginia was great about communication and set everything up beautifully for our stay. We had a Friendsgiving event and the backyard space was perfect for eating, socializing, and the kids had plenty of space to play. The kitchen was well stocked. «We loved the location, with hiking access so close to enjoy the desert. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful views. A beautiful new kitchen with all the amenities you need, a great secure backyard that our golden retriever enjoyed, very comfortable home. Rene was promptly responsive if we had questions or needed anything. I would choose her rental again when we return!»

«This property was great for us. Very nice, clean, nicely restored, and comfortable property. Everything about it's use was spelled out clearly in the instructions for the property too. It's in a ok neighborhood close to the UofA with mostly student neighbors. Net time we are coming to Tucson, we will definitely be looking for this property. »

«Stayed in Tucson so my son could assist with the University of Arizona basketball camp. This cute cottage wasn’t exaggerating when it advertised as being steps away from the University of Arizona. We walked on campus within 3 minutes of leaving the front door!I appreciated the thoughtful and high quality touches.
