«The description and pictures on the listing unfortunately did not match what we encountered. The house appeared clean, beds were comfortable, however that is where the good ends. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with overflowing and stinky trash cans from the previous guests right near the front door. Flies and bees swarming. «Enjoyed our stay at you house on Sacandaga lake. It was roomy with lots of extra amenities. The ac was a plus during our stay as the weather was steamy! »

The outside lacked attention with thick dirt on the windows, mildew on awnings, and some inappropriate things written on the thick dirt on the windows that our kids pointed out. Spiderwebs on the doorframe were not welcoming. Location was unimpressive- not unsafe, not desirable. Inside was very cute, set up like a diner, first floor apt. «This was the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. The beds were great, the kitchen was well appointed and labeled, and the living room furniture was amazing. Comfortable seating is so rare. The whole place was so amazing that I hesitated to write this review because there might be a run on the place and we won’t be able to rent it when we need it.
