«Half the light bulbs were burnt out . Snow wasn’t shovellled off deck . Phone didn’t work . Chairs were very uncomfortable in room . Big equipment was parked sideways in the parking stalls so couldn’t park in stall in front of room . . Hallway was so hot you could hardly stand it . Restaurant closed . Tv terrible , hard to figure out and hardly any channels . Staff not very helpful . Pop machine empty and snack machine almost empty . Bed was fairly comfortable and heat worked good ...

«Everything about this stay amazed and suprised me and the ladies i was travelling with. Could not have picked a cooler location or spacious tiny house, it was perfect. «They charged us for $144 for items from there min-bar. I had to move some item so that I could place insulin and other refrigerated medicines in the refrigerator. We told them when we checked out, the manager was supposed to verify this, but they still charged us. We called but eight hours later they have not returned our call. You would expect better service $29 dollars a day for the Resort Fee.»

"The hotel was really nice but the service was not good at all. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the property was really great. However, they didn’t tell us that we had to request daily cleaning if we wanted to and the restaurant service was not good. We had a breakfast and 2 dinners where for 1 we waited for more that an 1 h with an next to empty restaurant. When we asked how long did it take, they said they didn’t know and the food was mediocre. "
