If you need anything during your stay, too bad. No one answer the phones. Stood in line at the front desk for 15 minutes to be lied to. I just needed clean towels and coffee refill since we were staying 2 nights. The rude lady at the desk told me our room would be serviced, so no worries. I ran into the maid on the way back to my room and he told me since we weren't checking out, we don't get any services. I explained the need for clean towels and coffee for the next morning; he did not care. Thankfully another worker heard our interaction and she helped me. These are not big asks, just what I paid for! Additionally, $58 resort fees, for what????? To be ignored and treated badly!
