«I tried both my keys upon arrival and both didn't work. A member of the staff noticed immediately and let us into our room. She offered to grab us 2 new keys while we were settling in. She also asked if we wanted bed rails for my 3 year old without me asking. I didn't even know the hotel offered them. My husband asked her name, which was Angie (manager). Highly impressed with her management style. I've been to the Falls many times with different hotels, but I've never had that kind of service. ...

«The lobby was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The large bar was gorgeous and the restaurants were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here even if it is a bit on the pricey side.»

«Went for a girls weekend and had a great time. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed and answered any questions that we had. The room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the dining options too! Our only concern was that there was a hockey tournament, so the pool and hot tub were full of kids, so we didn’t get to enjoy that amenity, no fault of the resort. Definitely going back next year to make this an annual tradition.»

«We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. »
