«Came with my daughter and were very happy! Property was super clean and bed was comfortable. I liked that it was on a quieter side of the island. Tropic of Cancer and Exuma point beaches are close and lovely. »

«Beautiful location but the cleanliness was not what I would expect. The place didn’t look vacuumed and requested it be redone. Service came and brought a small Dyson which is not sufficient for rugs. Stained coffee spots on vanity in master and over needed wiping. Pots need to be updated - wasn’t able to cook eggs even after we purchased oil. Not enough glasses for the number of guest. Only one rollof paper towels provided for 15 people for a week. The property manager was amazing, meeting us for check in, stocking our grocery items ahead of time, and helping arrange for a chef at the house. We would highly recommend a stay here. »

«It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. «When we arrived at the property on a Wednesday, there wasn’t anybody else there. We did not “check in” as there wasn’t anyone on site. The door was unlocked and key on table. No problem. We actually loved the seclusion. We were very happy with overall time there. Definitely renting a car next time as it’s far from everything. We’ll get one with full size frig next time. 1 bedrooms only has a small frig. I did get bit by sand fleas and am still itching a week later, but know now I should have ...
