«Beautiful place, but nothing works. The location is lovely. The beach is lovely. The pool was lovely. But you can’t get in and out of the doors. Washer works in one side but you have to carry wet laundry outside and around to the other side of the house if you want to put it in the dryer. If you’re staying on one side of the house, you have to go outside and around or through someone’s bedroom or someone’s bathroom in order to get into the other side of the house. «This was our favorite visit and stay experience in Exuma. The house was spacious, comfortable & had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the waterfront with gorgeous views and the sound of waves lapping. There’s a scheduled shuttle that helps get you to the right location in town and pick up is included too. If the water is calm, you can walk out waist high at low tide past the rock formations. «No plastic bag in kitchen trash can. Trouble finding house. Mattress in one of the rooms has bad sag and needs to be replaced. Tv only has excess to local US city stations. No National news.No curtains in one bedroom. Need curtains across back of house as the sun beats in and heats up house during the day.»

Communication with the host went well and we used a few of his recommendations for booking. Loved the sea turtle and starfish on our private beach. Would stay here again. «We loved staying at NiceVilla. February point provided a nice community to walk around, quiet and safe, loved the turtles at the dock. We rented a boat from Minns for 2 days wicked opened up plenty of fun. Great to keep the boat at the vila during the day. Easy trip to Man-of-War sand bar and Chat n Chill. On site restaurant was also fantastic. Service was quick and food was excellent. Will definitely return. »

«Vi har vært en vennegjeng på 7 stykker som har storkost oss i en uke på denne fantastiske eiendommen. Beliggenheten er suveren i et flott nabolag med direkte utsikt til havet som Bahamas er kjent for. Båthavn 100 meter fra boligen gjør det lettvint å ta båt taxi og bestille utflukter/øyhopping. Dagligvarebutikken i Georgetown ligger kort vei unna samt tilgang til restauranter. Kommunikasjonen har vært smertefri og eventuelle ting vi har lurt på har blitt besvart umiddelbart.
