«The location is great and the property is very nice, green, lots of outdoor chairs etc. The breakfast was better than standard motel fare. The only downside is the really small one bathroom (with no sink outside) even for a two room unit or units where four people are allowed. However that is specified in the listing so its not a surprise. You'll have to plan bathroom usage. Otherwise its a great place - nearby to Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor.»

«The standard single room was not worth what we paid. It was very small. Lighting was poor. No microvave. No clock. No table. No room to do anything. The room was so small, when the HVAC unit was running the noise was terrible, even when the fan was set on low. Same for the bathroom, very tiny. We were terribly disappointed.
The room was clean.»

«This is an older building that has been updated nicely. The room and bed were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had been updated. It was nice to park right at the door to the room.»

«The ONLY thing this Motel had going for it was the location.
When we arrived, we went to our room which had peeling paint in the bathroom shower, broken door, a very loud squeaky bed when tried it out by sitting on it, and the room was dirty and in need of repairs.
We went to the office to get another room.
The next room we were given was not any better, but no rooms were available in the area, so we stuck it out as long as possible.
This room had a plumbing pipe sticking out of the wall ...

«Motel is very outdated and in need of many repairs. It was adequate for our one night stay. You truly get what you pay for. Thus the reason that the rooms are only half the price of other places near Bar Harbor he staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to get to»
