«Lovely property, excellent location, and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfasts and daily snacks were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience.»

«Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. We found lots of personal items left behind from the previous occupants. There were other issues, but prefer not to go into detail. The staff did not care about this when they were brought up and asked what they wanted me to do. It is not my job to do their job. Stay was underwhelming and definitely not worth the nightly rate we paid for the resort.»

«This was the cutest property. It was an older motel that had been remodeled. It was so well done! Great for families. They had activities for families into the evenings. The breakfast was wonderful. So much more than what you normally get with a continental breakfast. I would highly recommend this place!»

«The location is great for visiting Acadia National Park, but overall our stay was average. The biggest issue was maintenance. Both the bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged and drained very slowly throughout our stay. Bedroom clean doesn't happen daily even we hang the please clean my room sign. Room also lacked some basic amenities that would have made it much more comfortable, such as a microwave, electric kettle, and a small desk. «This is a great place in Bar Harbor. Hotel is very clean and conveniently within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Staff was super friendly, and the onsite restaurant was very good. Included breakfast with our stay was top notch, would definitely stay here again.»

«My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Otter Creek Inn. The Only minor complaint we might have was the size of the shower in unit #5 (the only one we know about). If you are a large person that shower may present an issue. Other than that, our week there was great. Dawn, the manager was always helpful and we shared a few laughs with Evelyn over morning coffee.
