«Good things — The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area were clean, and the view outside the tent was beautiful. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. Bad things — The tent itself was not as clean as expected, with many bugs on the ceiling and walls. The floor was also not properly cleaned. «Clean, big motel room with ample parking. Great location just a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants but just beyond the noise of downtown. Near the beautiful sea walk. Nestled into the lush greenery of Maine. Great location for exploring by foot or car. Staff was wonderful.»

«Quimby House is a charming hotel in Bar Harbor. Only a short walk from the town center. The room I got had a very different style from the usual sterile look of the typical hotel. I had some issues with the WiFi and the plumbing could use some TLC but all in all an enjoyable stay. Please note that the hotel has three floors and no elevator!»

«The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It's a great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. One issue --I was in one of the smaller buildings. They are located on a rather steep hill, above the parking area. The issue is the room numbers are very small. I had to drag my luggage up a hill and go from small building to small building until I found the one I needed. They need larger numbers. :) Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.»
