«The woman at the front desk made our stay great. The place is a bit run down. There are some tiles missing here and there. The pool is fantastic, again, it must have been amazing in 1984, but they're doing the best with what they've got. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked. It was a good.value for what we paid. I would stay there again.»

«Modern, clean & comfortable in a central location. Parking was an extra cost, but worth it to have our car in a secure area, It was very handy to have cooking, washing & drying facilities. The traffic noise was a little noisy at times during the night, but the earphones we were provided with assisted us greatly with getting a good night's sleep.»

«Overall nice accommodations for a 6 night stay for a family of 4. Check In was quick and the staff was nice. Unit was clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything needed for prepping breakfast every morning and a couple of lunches and dinners. Main suggestion for improvement is a carpet upgrade. Came back to the unit after the first day on the slopes and there was a leak in the kitchen sink. Told the front desk on our way out to dinner and they fixed it while we were out. «We did not receive any information about check in until arrival. Peyton was helpful and explained due to a scheduling error they had to "upgrade" us to a different unit. I received instructions via a phone call about how to check in. She walked me through the process and abruptly hung up. «We’ve stayed there before. It’s a nice, quaint place. The room was perfect for us! The only thing that was an issue was the slow water pressure in shower head. It took us twice as long to shower because of the low water pressure in the newly installed water saver shower heads. 2 nights we did bathed like that. I told the front desk about it and she said that all the shower heads got changed and that’s to be expected. Couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until someone from the hotel ...

«For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that.»
