We stayed over a non-holiday ski weekend, but the property and surrounding village felt extremely overcrowded. The lobby was packed with families, luggage carts, skiers, and staff promoting timeshares, which made check-in feel chaotic rather than welcoming.
It took over 30 minutes to find a baggage cart and there was no bell staff available to assist. Elevator waits throughout the stay were very long, and food lines at the hotel were consistently backed up.
Check-out was equally frustrating. It was difficult to get an elevator, and valet took nearly 40 minutes to retrieve our car.
The room itself was spacious and nicely laid out, but the furniture showed noticeable wear with dings and dents that made the space feel tired. While the room was comfortable, the overall resort experience felt disorganized and overwhelmed by the volume of guests, which significantly impacted our stay.
