«Great hotel! The location is perfect for transport by train or bus. The rooms were also great. If I were to complain about something it's that there were a lot of ants in our room. The breakfast was very boring and tasteless (except the croissants). There were also not much information about the opening hours of the facilities. The pool closed at 18:00, which is very early in my opinion. The interns working there are also severely overworked. They told us that they often finish at 3:00 and ...

«We went here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! We saved up a long time to afford a hotel like this and was not disappointed! Service was excellent, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's probably the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing hotel we have been to. The staff was warm and friendly, we were really sad to leave. Their mixologist working in the evening bar made fantastic drinks! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were sad to leave, our honeymoon was incredible ...

«One of the friendliest hosts we have come upon in Italy. Helpful in every way, polite, super friendly, always present and eager to help us with good tips and suggestions. The hotel itself is situated about 20 min drive/bus from Taormina centre, but easy to get there by bus or taxi. A tip is to go by bus as the taxis are quite expensive. Taormina is busy, but beautiful and worth a trip or three. The Donna Rosa is situated right by the beach which was not busy at all even though we stayed there in ...

«We had a wonderful stay. As we’d read that it was a bit old, our expectations weren’t that high, but the hotel proved us wrong. The room was beyond our expectations, and the balcony was really huge (we had superior room With a balcony and sea view). The hotel was old but in a pretty and charming way. The food wasn’t outstanding, but it was ok and the staff’s kindness and service lacks up for it. The access to the beach was incredible. Peaceful and quiet area, but a short walk to restaurants ...

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Graniti

UNA Hotels Capotaormina

8/10 Bra

"The room we had was spacious, and with a large, but very hard bed. We had to get an extra top-mattress. The bathroom had water-pressure issues, and was a bit outdated. The breakfast was good, but not execellent. The restaurant "Le Grand Bleu had a perfect location. Mixed experience with the waiters - top service and low service. But the food was good. Good experience from the Spa. We enjoyd excellent service! The shuttle-service was excellent, A small minus when ordering taxi to the airport as the fixed rate was set much to high. But, we managed to negotiate a discount. The pool-area was nice - we liked the salt-water swimmingpool. We loved the view from the room, restaurant and pool-area , and the caves were fantastic."
