«We were new to the Interlochen area, as we normally stay farther north, but we loved the convenience of the location to other areas in NoMi. I highly recommend Interlochen State Park, especially if you're traveling with your pups. The home itself was well laid out and SO warm and cozy. We stayed over Christmas and often didn't even need the heater on, which was nice. «We brought our 16 year old daughter and a few of her friends for the weekend to celebrate her sweet 16. We had high hopes for better weather, but it's Michigan- so you never know what you're going to get! The place is very clean and Barn is a delight to communicate with. It is a little rustic, but it has a nice cabin charm to it. Nothing to complain about other than the rain!»

«The view of the lake was so relaxing. The Cabin is definitely old. But it could have been cleaner. There were spider webs inside by the fireplace, dust and dirt under the furniture. And on the small porch the table and chairs were dirty as was the grill. Also when the 1st person would take a shower they ran out of hot water so the next person had to wait for it to regenerate.
