Enjoy the sparkling blue hues and hard sandy bottom of this all-sports lake. The main space in the home is an open living room and dining area.

Outside, there is a cute little porch perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun come up. Talk about relaxing! The yard is spacious enough for kids to play and the dog to run. The main road to this house is peaceful enough for walking or riding a bike. There is also a dock and fire pit.

The house is near Turtle Creek Casino and Elk Rapids. Traverse City is an easy 15-minute drive.

One well-mannered dog is allowed, and owners must clean up after their pet.
