Five of us stayed here for three nights in December while attending a conference, so we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor amenities—but the house itself was fantastic. It was beautiful, very clean, and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.We especially loved the large kitchen, the many cozy gathering spots throughout the house, and how comfortable the beds were. The showers were a standout as well—truly luxurious and much appreciated after long conference days.Lexi was a wonderful host. Her instructions were very clear, and she was extremely responsive to our questions. When I reached out for details about the mattress, she had all the information ready, which was a nice extra touch.There were a couple of surprises worth noting. There was a required Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee, even though the listing indicated that all fees were included in the advertised price. Also, the basement toilet was quite loud and ran for a long time after flushing, enough to wake most of the house despite multiple doors being closed.Overall, this was a great space and worked very well for our group. We would definitely consider staying here again if we’re back in town.
