«The ad says 5 beds, however it’s 3 bedrooms, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We were allowed an hour grace period to check in early, when we tried to enter the home we could not open the door, luckily the window was unlocked. Upon entering it appeared clean but had an awful odor that never went away, we quickly learned we need to examine the description of rooms better. When we pulled open the pullout sofa we found it was full of dirt and debris and stains. There were dishes in the ...

«The house was in a good location - really quick to get to Grand Rapids and Holland. It was easy to check in to and the hosts were fast to respond. The beds were super comfortable (note that there is no bathroom upstairs and it can get hot up there - fans provided helped a lot). We would stay there again.»

«Great place to stay with easy access to major roadways. The house was very clean and fit our small family gathering well. The arcade was out of order which was disappointing, but there were enough other options to keep the kids happy. Everything else was as advertised. Be aware that there is no dishwasher, so plan to do all the dishes or use as many paper plates as possible. The only real issue we had was that the AC could not keep up with the daily 90 degree heat and afternoon sun shinning on the ...

«We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the secluded location. The sounds of the woods were truly relaxing — birds, insects, hens, rooster, and horses made us feel a part of nature and totally removed from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The Roku TV was easy to use with a laptop to stream our movie apps, and the 75" screen added to the viewing pleasure. It was comforting and welcoming, to the point that we're already planning our next stay.»

«We were to be in town for my son’s wedding so I reserved barn swallow manor. It is literally 5 minutes from the wedding venue, VENUE BELLA GIORNATA. It was perfect for my extended family, including my 83 year old mother who loved the walk in shower! Not to mention being prettied up in her own personal solon! 7 of us stayed and everyone had a bed. The large kitchen and dining room were just what we needed. Probably one of the best parts is the lovely screened in back porch! We are ...
