«Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!»

«The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. »

«The room had a smell in it and I had to keep the door open most of the time I eas there just to breath. After two days there I had to go to a doctor who told me I had come in contact with mold sbd had a respiratory infection because of it. »

«The price was very good and the bed linen was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room and facilities were quite worn and several things were broken (sink, fridge, bathtub running, cracked toilet, damaged floor). It worked for one night, but overall not a place we would choose again.»
