«Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor.
In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!»

«The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. »

«Even though this place was obviously an older building, their rooms were very updated and comfortable. Wonderful place for a pet. My recommendation is take a piece of that space by the big trees and fence it in so the dogs can run a little. Only complaint, could not get WiFi to connect. But is nice place for the price. »
