Poolanlage sehr schön, Zimmer ok, aber das abendliche Buffet war einfach nur lieblos und nicht lecker. Auch die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal gleicht eher einer Kantine.

We stayed for 10 nights. On our arrival we were greeted by cheerful staff and the check in was simple and quick. The apartment was clean and tidy, there was a good size bathroom with a great shower, We enjoyed having uk tv channels. The rooms are a bit dated and tired but still very functional and clean.

We found the hotel to be comfortable, clean and spacious with helpful staff and very good buffet-style meals. We also appreciated the nice pool areas and an on-site shop. Evening entertainment was an unexpected bonus but aimed, I think, at the older generation. At about 30 minutes, the walking distance to the beach is further than many hotels but the taxi fare is 5 euros and we had no problem in getting one. There are also bus stops not far away and the Yumbo shopping centre less than 15 minutes walk away. We would go to this hotel again!

Einkar þægilegt og vel staðsett hótel
Við dvöldum á hótelin í tvær vikur og undum okkur vel. Hótelið er vel staðsett á rólegum stað en skammt frá verslunum og veitingastöðum. Laugin er upphituð og allt aðgengi þægilegt. Starfsfólkið afar þægilegt og lipurt. Þrif voru til fyrirmyndar. Staðurinn býður upp á alls konar fría íþróttatíma s.s.jóga tennis vatnsleikfimi og fleira. Einkar þægilegt og vel staðsett hótel.

Large 1 bedroom apartment. South facing so always sunny and bright, Great shower, big balcony a sun lounger would have been nice. Fabulous breakfast plenty of choice. Lots of free parking available. Happy to return.

One of the best hotels at that price range
I have stopped at many hotels in Playa del Ingles and this was one of my favourites. The breakfast in the morning is lovely and has proper English Breakfast ingredients such as English sausages and bacon. The pools were warm and beautiful. The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxed and the staff seem genuinely kind. There were so many nice touches such as free cava when you arrive and then a free bottle of wine and water in the room. I especially liked people coming round at breakfast reminding us if we want extra food before they close the breakfast Such a nice and kind touch. From what I remember, they left the food after quite a while afte the official close. I like a hotel that is not all about the rules. You really get the impression that they care about the customer service and I definitely will go back. The only minus side I can think of is that the rooms are slightly dated but that is so minor, I didn't know whether to even mention it. Great hotel and good location too.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was clean with a lovely balcony and the food was varied and delicious each day. An amazing place to come and stay for a week, we had the best time and would definitely stay here again.

overall nice but not for me
the hotel is nice, very spacious and services provided are great (on site supermarket, gym, spa etc) Just few things that I didn't enjoy much: - the 3 swimming pools were always super busy, unless you went there early in the morning (like 8am) you wouldn't get a sunbed - i was one person in a studio and there were 2 detached single beds, i don't know if this is normal in gran canaria but i found the single bed too small - guaranteed 100mb internet wasn't correct, the max speed i had was 20mb (i had to work from the hotel and chosen this hotel becuase of this feature) - there wasn't a proper standard hight table to eat on (there was a coffee table in the lounge and smaller table with not so conformable eating chairs on the balcony) and to work on too - there was buzz coming from the electric control panel at the entrance which was very annoying during the night (i have been told it was normal) - at arrival there was a tray with 2 wine glasses and a welcome message 'please enjoy' but not bottle of wine.. i would expected a bottle of wine when a note with 2 wine glasses are left like that? - ants everywhere, one day in bathroom and kitchen area i had about 20. one day found couple in the beds too - no proper coffee machines (barista made coffee or even nespresso) in the property till about 10am when the supermarket opens. I am an early bird and coffee drinker.. if I wanted to have a coffee I had to buy the breakfast (13 euros i think)

My stay at Sunprime Atlantic View
I love this hotel, I was there in May and had such a good time so decided to return this month and was not disappointed, food was very good and staff members are great, very helpful and kind, nothing is too much for them. Photos on their website are true reflection of what you get. Wanted to book this hotel in January or February 2023, but they are fully booked☹️, highly recommend.

The studio we booked are modern and the air con blows into the bedroom , but we were given an apartment which is a bit old , dated , smelt of smoke , and the air con misses the bedroom so sleeping at night is difficult. Did manage to sort out the correct room that we booked the next day , but staff weren’t great , didn’t apologise once, made us feel like it was all our fault . Won’t be going back .

Je ne pensais pas que je pourrais donner un 5/5 et ici c'est le cas ! Le personnel est absolument gentil et vous aide pendant tout votre séjour. L'établissement est très propre, les chambres sont bien nettoyés. Concernant la nourriture, elle était aussi très bonne et très variés impossible de ne pas trouver son bonheur. L'hôtel mérite vraiment les excellents commentaires. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés...

Cet hôtel est une formidable trouvaille sur Expedia. Situé à l'entrée de la ville, assez loin de la mer donc, le Sunprime est un très bel hôtel avec des prestations de qualité. Ses points forts: 1) en tout premier lieu, la restauration. Nous n'avons jamais eu une telle qualité dans un resort. Produits frais, variés, cuisinés sur place (le risotto est une merveille, les suchis réalisés par le maître suchi un délice). Un personnel charmant et attentif qui passe chaque seconde libre à nettoyer, ranger les moins recoins du restaurant pour offrir un confort incroyable. 2) les piscines extérieures très agréables (27°C le matin, 33°C l'après-midi en août). Tout le plaisir du "adult only": un vrai calme pour des vacances reposantes. 3) les cocktails de l'offre All Inclusive au bar avant et/ou après dîner avec de la musique live. Nous avons loué une voiture toute la semaine depuis l'aéroport situé à 20mn lors de notre réservation par Expedia et c'était vraiment idéal pour découvrir l'Ile (loueur: GOLDCAR, sans problème). Il est très facile de se garer devant le Sunprime. La ville de Maspalomas n'est pas incroyable. Évitez la Playa del Ingles, bondée et avec un front de mer très laid (quelqu'un à la mairie ne doit pas avoir le sens de l'esthétisme). Nous recommandons plutôt le lever de soleil sur les dunes vers 6h00-6h30 du matin et une balade plus chic du côté du phare.

Wij zijn repeaters in dit Hotel en verblijven er graag. Hotel is 16 plus en de medewerkers zijn zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Aankomst goed/vriendelijk ontvangst en alles wordt goed uitgelegd. De kamers mogen ondertussen wel gemoderniseerd worden, maar nog steeds wel goed om te verblijven. De all incl. optie is goed, voldoende keuze aanwezig in het restaurant, begeleiding naar je tafel en de drank wordt ook nog gehaald voor de gasten, Eigenlijk wederom een mooie gezellige vakantie gehad
