prachtige appartement

Absolutely lovely studio spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need home from home Rita and her husband were really welcoming even though they had to wait over an hour for us from our transfer thank you for that ,really central location close to everything we had a great time thank you 😊 Geraldine and Colin Ireland

An amazing large apartment in a fabulous location close th the beach and restaurants. The room was so lovely and bright and cheery and absolutely spotless. Great shower, comfy bed, large balcony. Honestly Rita has really thought of everything. Do not scroll past this wonderful apartment. Book it and you will have the best holiday in a beautiful resort

Lovely clean apartment with great facilities and in a perfect location.
Just back from a very enjoyable stay in Rita's apartment. Nice friendly greeting on arrival. Place immaculately clean and everything you need to hand. Short walk to the beach, marina and centre. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be back.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i dette meget centralt beliggende og rolige lejlighedskompleks. Fik en hjertelig modtagelse og manglede intet mht. udstyr og indretning. Tak😊

Lovely modern studio apartment in great location
We had a lovely stay in Rita's Apartment. It is in a great location 500 metres from Puerto Rico beach. The apartment has been fitted out to a high standard with lots of extras including mats and a sun brolly for going to the beach. It is only a 15 min stroll to the main commercial centre for bars and restaurants. A taxi fare is only €3.00 (plus tip). There is a bus stop outside for buses to Pto Mogan or north to Las Palmas and a direct bus once an hour to the Airport. I would totally recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

Perfect
A lovely modern little apartment in a handy spot close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Very well equipped, lovely comfy bed, slightly cramped bathroom but all worked well. Pool was lovely and clean but cold, plenty of sun beds to go round. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

just returned from a fabulous week, weather, apartment, location and food were all what we wanted.
The apartment had a beautiful view, was very well equipped from corkscrew to beach towels along with many little extra touches like sun cream, shower gel and salt in the kitchen. A large fridge freezer to keep your ice and drinks all holiday cool. Bed was very comfortable with good quality pillows and duvet. The cleanliness you could not fault, ample loo rolls and cleaning products all provided. Overall this apartment is a credit to its owner "Rita" Thank You Rita for making our holiday so perfect by providing us with a wonderful apartment love Fi and Phil xx

unusual but its the only place where you cannot complain about cleanliness good bed,all cooking and eating utensils,good views,absolutely sp[otless,however no matter how I tried to get wi.fi password even with help it kept saying wrong user name,will book again linda definitely,could you try to get some uk tv on,to all who read this review,if its vacant book it.THANKING YOU JAMES

Stylish apartment convenient location in Mogan
Typical English - we got lost on the way but Rita came to meet us and showed us the around the accommodation. It is a bijou apartment, very stylish with modern amenities including wifi and a good TV, excellent fridge freezer and all very tidy and clean. Outside is a superb pool and plenty of sun beds. There were beach towels and toiletries and some provisions too. A very kind and considerate host - our expectations were far exceeded. We were near to the good beaches too. Would take the coastal path to Amadores beach - lovely golden sand. The weather has been perfect this week. A great stay in Gran Canaria and an excellent apartment.
