Flott strandhotell!
Vakkert strandhotell med perfekt beliggelse ved sjøkanten med nydelig utsikt over sjøen og snadørkenen i Maspalomas. Hotellet er et eldre 70-tals hotell som er vakkert renovert og oppleves som moderne og veldrevet. Kort avstand til flyplassen og god bussforbindelse inn til provinshovedstaden Las Palmas. Det serveres spennende og varierte måltider og samtlige ansatte oppleves som svært imøtekommende og vennlige. Hotellet kan sterkt anbefales!

Herlig strandhotell!
Dette er et utrolig hyggelig strandhotell som ligger sentralt plassert ved San Agustín med kort vei fra flyplassen og rett ved stranden. Hotellet er moderne og smakelig innrettet med hyggelig og service innstilte ansatte. Hotellet har alt man behøver for en avslappende ferie ved stranden.

Klassisk strandhotell i moderne stil!
Pent renovert strandhotell med perfekt beliggenhet til stranden. Vakker utsikt fra rommene, umiddelbar nærhet til strand og gode turmuligheter. Stille og rolig område med gode bruddmuligheter til både Maspalomas, flyplassen og Las Palmas. Vennlige og imøtekommende ansatte.

Et nyrenovert og fresht hotell. Meget god service. Maten var som forventet, ved buffet. Nydelig beliggenhet ved stranda, perfekt for morgenbad. Eneste negative, for oss, var at gjennomsnittsalderen på gjestene, var mye høyere enn forventet.

Don Gregory - Badehotellet i San Augustin
Don Gregory er et nyoppusset hotell, med en flott beliggenhet helt på stranda i San Augustin. Et ypperlig utgangspunkt for gjester, som liker lange gå og løpeturer langs strender og promenader. Neste gang er det vårt opphold nr 10 som venter :-)

Vi hadde all inklude. God og variert mat. Vanskelig å finne ledige solsenger, da mange okkuperte sengende veldig tidlig, uten å bruke sengene særlig.

Vi har tidligere hatt et opphold på don gregory, det var om vinteren og vi var kjempefornøyd med oppholdet. Nå var vi I juli 14 dg og det var skuffende. Hotellet var under renovering og opp pussing og det var støy heile dagen. Stranden som hotellet ligger på var full av lokalbefolkningen. Veldig støy til langt på kveld. Med helgene var det full booket av spanjoler og det var reine kaoset i spisesalen. Maten var god men personalet var så stressa at det var vondt å se. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet om sommeren.

Flott hotell rett ved stranden. Et stille og rolig hotell, deilig for de som ikke er ute etter fyll og bråkete netter. Renslig og fintl. Hyggelige ansatte, skulle ønske noen av de kunne litt bedre engelsk. Kjempe bra at det var aktiviteter du kunne være med på nesten hver dag, både for store og små. Anbefaler hotellet, og vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Perfekt beliggenhet
Dette hotellet ligger rett på stranden så det var bare å gå rett ut i havet for å få seg en dukkert. En fin oppvarmet pool rett utenfor resepsjonen, perfekt å svømme noen tak før frokost uten å måtte gå langt. Maten var meget bra til å være "all inclusive" med kokker som stekte fisk og kjøtt i tillegg til buffeen.( Vi hadde halvpensjon). Rett bak hotellet ligger San Augustinsenteret med restaurenter og butikker. Vi hadde ingenting å klage på hverken service eller personale, et hotell vi skal tilbake til.

Nydelig beliggenhet, rene og fine hotelfasiliteter, veldig god service - spesielt i resepsjonen, varierte og smakfulle retter både på frokost- og middagsbuffet. Store, bekvemmelige rom med havutsikt. Strandpromenade like utenfor. Kjøpesenter og busstopp like utenfor og med ruter til alle destinasjoner på øya. Anbefales på det varmeste! Og jeg kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Hadde bedt om en høy etasje. Ble tildelt rom i underetasjen. Ble rettet opp neste dag. Feil/klager ble rettet opp meget raskt.Hyggelig betjening og god mat. Resepsjonsbetjeningen burde hatt et engesk-kurs, de snakket bedre tysk. Majoriteten av gjestene var tyske pensjonister. Kan ikke anbefales for barnefamilier. Få norske gjester.

Nydelig beliggenhet rett på stranda. Alle rommene har havutsikt noe som er et pluss. Men vil ikke anbefale hotellet til andre enn eldre. De passer ypperlig på dette hotellet. De ville ha fått et fantastisk opphold. Det var kun noen få yngre der. Et annet minus er at sengene er ekstremt harde. Hotellet så litt slitt ut og trenger en liten oppgradering. Noe som var veldig bra med hotellet var temperaturen på bassenget. Det var varmt og godt.

Det beste ved dette hotellet er beliggenheten, rett på stranda San Augustin, en rolig og fin strand i enden av strendene i sør (Maspalomas - Del Ingles - San Augustin). God mat, men opplevde at buffet gikk tom for enkelte ting. Servicen er ikke av det beste, men generelt fornøyd. Møtte litt motstand fra personalet når vi ba om en barneseng - og det tok dem mer enn 4 timer å ordne det. Hotellet er ikke det mest barnevennlige. Mye eldre, tyske gjester. Men alt i alt var vi fornøyde.

Godt hotel helt ned til vandet - stor balkon med fantastisk udsigt. Don Gregory er et ældre moderniseret hotel i rolige omgivelser - mest ældre par ganske få børn på hotellet. Ok morgenmads buffet med stort udvalg.

I stayed here for a quick trip after attending a medical conference in Italy. I was quite happy with the hotel. My room was clean and ready when I arrived and comfortable. The view from the balcony Was lovely. The main pool was nice, and an important difference from Caribbean resorts is that any time you could walk up and find a lounge chair compared to making up at the crack of dawn to reserve chairs. The drink service was good, though not quite as attentive as I would have liked. My only concern was that I travelled here with friends/colleagues and one of 5 nights we were having a nice time on the patio outside bar. Another guest screamed at us and threw water off their balcony at us. This was before midnight at an all inclusive resort. Nobody was hurt. But this is completely unacceptable. And when it was raised to the hotel staff we were told that “it’s a quiet hotel” instead of dealing with the problem. Laughing on a patio bar before midnight while on vacation should not be considered inappropriate and the handling was completely wrong.

Fabulous winter break location !
Lovely room overlooking the sea from which we saw amazing sunsets. We took advantage of the half board with evening buffet. All food was of a high standard. The pool terrace was sheltered from wind, pool was heated and it was a sunny location all day. Lovely walks from the hotel in both directions. They used a company called Anamation, for aqua gym and various other events, all of which were very entertaining . Staff friendly and helpful around the hotel.

Underbart vecka
Underbart hotell med det bästa läget intill Burras. Enkelt att välja poolen, soldäcket eller stranden. Allt lätt tillgängligt. Mycket trevlig personal som var hjälpsam. Mycket bra frukost. Gymmet var i minsta laget.

Great location but food was poor quality overall.
The hotel, room and pools were okay and I enjoyed my stay. However the food was not very good. I had breakfast and dinner included and the choice was excellent - however the quality very poor. Most meat/poultry was tough, sinewy and dry. Poor quality and food in general was not kept warm enough. That also contributes to everything being very dry. All bread was also very dry and did not seem fresh but stale. There was no direction or theme except for 1 day and all food lacked garnishes and flavour. Overall food quality could improve a lot. It was not very corona friendly either, with big buffet, tons of people in line and a lot of items lacked tongs so people had to use their hands. Breakfast juicebar was very good though. Overall I probably would not stay again because of that even though I did enjoy the room itself as well as the location.
