We find a rental car, book a table in the best restaurants or inform you about the best excursions in a few minutes. I am also really sorry to read that you were not happy with the food. Although our restaurant 360º is one of the most famous in the area because of the plates we create, we can also adapt our food to any specific food requirements in case you want something specific. Thank you very much for choosing us and for your comments! We are really sorry your experience was not 10 over 10. The size of our different rooms categories is specified in our website where you can also see that we have designed the hotel with open spaces (including the big showers that our clients can enjoy in their room). You can make use of the wooden panel to create a private enclosure in the shower if you don't want to be seen by your partner. At our Sapphire Pool Bar you will find a wide selection of drinks but also all kind of dishes. The menus are located in the QR codes you can find at the Pool Bar. I wish you could have tried our wonderful Black Angus Burguers or fresh salads! Finally, we offer a wide selection of dishes for breakfast not only at the buffet but also we prepare everything you want from the menu and cook it for you straight away. We are looking forward to seeing you again in the future to make you change your mind!

Cher Gérard :Merci beaucoup pour votre courriel.Notre hôtel se trouve à seulement 100 mètres de la promenade qui mène à Playa del Inglés par des escaliers. La marche est un peu plus longue si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant. L'une de nos caractéristiques est l'excellent dévouement de notre personnel envers nos clients, toujours soucieux d'offrir un séjour personnalisé et un service amical. Le bar de la piscine est situé à côté de la réception, à quelques mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel, tandis que le bar à cocktails est situé au 8ème étage et offre les meilleures vues. L'hôtel dispose de trois ascenseurs (deux pour les clients et un pour le personnel). D'après votre commentaire, nous comprenons que vous n'avez pas utilisé l'ascenseur panoramique situé à l'entrée de l'hôtel.Enfin, en ce qui concerne le nettoyage de la chambre, nous offrons un service personnalisé en demandant à nos clients quand ils souhaitent que leur chambre soit nettoyée. Vous devez comprendre que nous nettoyons toujours si la fonction "ne pas déranger" est désactivée. Nous nous réjouissons de vous revoir à l'avenir.
