«Dirty linens!
We booked very late and options were few, but thought that Holiday Inn couldn’t go terribly wrong. When we checked in, the beds were neatly made in our room, but linens not changed from the previous guest. Lots of small hair and other dirt in the bed. When we told the reception, they offered to change, but didn’t seem surprised and offered no compensation or real apology. Other issues are minor in comparison but we had to make our kids’ bed ourselves and reception doesn’t take ...

«Luxury feel at an affordable price! Rooms were neat and beds were super comfortable. Traveled with my family for an event the kids were participating in at the convention center so the location was perfect. I LOVED the shower gel, hand soap and lotion. Smelled sooo good! «The handicap parking was perfect for me! Right near the entrance and accessible. The staff was very mannerly, professional, courteous, and helpful. I have to use a walker due to just having back surgery, and the hotel was very easy to get around.
