«This place is a mixed bag. The location is second to none for Barnes--at the top of Castelnau Road within easy walking distance of Hammersmith station. It is affordable compared to other similar sized places in London. The host was attentive and very prompt in responding. The property is not in the best of shape--the bathrooms have old fixtures, bad water pressure and the bedroom doors are flimsy. «We loved our week in this lovely detached little house in Chelsea. The accommodation was everything we needed and all those ‘little touches’ had already been thought of with more than enough equipment and supplies. The kitchen had absolutely everything we may have needed and the living room and was very comfortable. The bedroom and attached bathroom was 1st class and the outdoor space was very welcome. «The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options.»

«The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped.
