«The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch ...

«The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options.»
