«What can I say? This is our go to for our frequent visits. I almost want to keep it secret, but that would be impossible, because it is in great location, super nice interior decoration and comfortable and clean. Please keep it going!! We will be back and back and back!»

«Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.»

«This is a lovely, spacious place within walking distance of the main town. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was very accommodating and friendly. »

«It was great!»

«This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own ...

«Really nice house, cool backyard. All amenities you would expect. Host was kind and attentive.»

«What a fantastic house in a great neighborhood.»

«Casa Mariposa genuinely exceeded our expectations! We have used both house rental platforms for years and can honestly say this stay is in our top two all time. Our host was a fabulous host. We truly felt that she was “there for us” and was very serious about all going well with our stay. The house was even better than the pictures. The overall feel you have while there is that of a high end feel. The kitchen was over the top with everything and I mean everything you could possibly need. ...

«Property is very well kept and the secluded location makes for a slow start to the day with lovely cup of coffee or tea on either porch. My biggest complaint would be that the outdoor tubs were not heating up. There is very little lighting outside so if you want to soak at night, make sure you take your own lanterns or flashlights, and if you are elderly or have a hard time getting in and out of beds that are on the floor or practically on the floor, this might not be the spot for you. «Bill and Judy are super sweet. I had a few hiccups with VRBO and same day booking, however Bill made it as easy as possible. Once we made it to the house it was even better then the pictures. From the kitchen to the rooms, and kids room we had a great time and would loved to return one day. Thank you Bill and Judy you are the beesssst!!!»

«Super cozy and spacious lodge, amazing hot tub/jets, quite easy to get to, and phenomenal communication/support (easy 10/10 there)! Grill worked wonderfully for cookouts + kitchen in particular pretty much had everything you would want. For the time being, keep in mind it is two full bedrooms and the couch, but the couch is really comfy (one of my friends insisted on the couch over the bedrooms bc it was that comfy), but that wasn't too much of a problem with our group of 4 :) Would love to ...
