«Stayed at Coastal Retreat for a weekend visit with son who attends Fairfield University, brought both sets of parents and teen daughter (ages ranging 73-16), plenty of room and able to enjoy a wonderful family dinner with son even in attendance. Wonderful area, close walk to beach and easy to get to downtown Fairfield and university. Very clean and welcoming! «This was walking distance to the Total Mortgage Arena for our robotics competition. Having the full kitchen to cook meals was awesome. Nice comfy beds, plenty of space, I claimed the nook off the kitchen/dining area for myself. Boys had front room to work on their robot.»

«We loved the house, the location was perfect. Walking distance to grocery store, cvs and a great pizza place. It was 3 miles from the hospital. House was clean, it had everything we needed. If we ever have to go back, that would be where we stay. Host was amazing and super accommodating»

«The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great.»

«This home is in a nice neighborhood and seemed to be recently updated. It's truly lovely with a great layout, sleeps 6 easily and has plenty of areas to hang out and unwind. The large kitchen has new appliances and will please anyone interested in preparing meals for family and friends. Easy access to shopping, beach, park & playground. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy!»

«The property is beautiful; we had such a great time as a party of 7 adults and 5 young kids. The walk to the beach was short but a little tricky because the first half has no sidewalk but still super convenient and better than paying $65/day to park in Cove Beach lot! One very minor note is there were a couple items missing from the house and Elena was super responsive in dropping them off for us quickly. We had a great stay!»

«It was a very nice property with wildlife so regular we joked about them being paid actors, in a nice walkable neighborhood. If it had been a bit warmer inside, it would have been perfect (we visited early February, but not during a blizzard)! Hosts were fairly prompt when contacted, and very gracious.»

«Not a bad stay overall. Nice location opposite the police headquarters and courthouse. Friendly staff. Brianna the hostess was very nice. The suite was very large. The only thing is that the carpet needs changing. The continental breakfast wasn't appetizing but there's food all around the area. But all in all it was an enjoyable stay.»
