«Stayed at the Gray Horse for four nights Jan-Feb 2026. Even though the temps were COLD outside, the location is great and the walk to town was fine. The house is clean, and welcoming. Loved the gas fireplace. All rooms were nicely furnished. The few times I needed to reach out to the host, he responded quickly. Would recommend this property and would stay here again. «The four of us thought the house was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom and shower were very nice! The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a big family dinner! We found the location of the house to be convenient to Broadway and the Farmer’s Market and the Skidmore campus. I highly recommend this property and the owners couldn’t be more friendly!!»

«Our family of 4 stayed here to celebrate Xmas Eve and Day. What a lovely house. Completely remodeled, very clean and close to the shops/restaurants.The layout of the house was very comfortable for us, no one felt they were on top of one another. The kitchen and bathrooms were VERY clean (which unfortunately isn't always the case).Before even arriving. The cabin is as close to the water as you can get; making the hot tub even more relaxing looking directly at mountains and Hudson River. You will learn how the cabin got its name when you watch the amazing sunrise. »
