«Nice staff, friendly and helpful!»

«I loved our Luxe stylish room and adorable marble bathroom, the super comfy beds like they were made in Heaven, great hospitality by the front desk (we love you Ms. Cecile!) and overall wonderful experience I would love to have again! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to smile from beginning till end during their Iconic hotel stay :)»

«Terrible experience - I would not recommend staying here. The room was extremely small, and the air conditioning did not work. After arriving from a late-night flight, there was no one there to greet me or let me into the property, and I had not been properly informed beforehand about how I was supposed to access the hotel. Another guest actually had to contact the property on my behalf so that I could get inside. The experience was bad enough that I ultimately had to find and pay for another ...

«The room was very well equipped, but there was no dishwasher. There was tea, some cooking oil, spices, and more. The room was clean. The Internet was fast! The person who manages the property lives in the same building, so you do not need to worry about the reception upon arrival. The apartment is close to HaShalom train station, very close to the Yehudi lightrail station, and close to a wide selection of supermarkets. I would come back for sure.»

«Lovely property and design Room lovely but too small Parking arrangements are terrible»

«Old room. breakfast is not included. must pay for airport transportation. All in all, this is an expensive hotel to stay at and get not the value for money.i put out the laundry for 2 days in a row but they never cleaned it. The positive thing is that it has a gym and swimming pool not too far away from the hotel. If you get a room in the new building then I think it’s much better»

«no comments great evening and enviroment»

«The room was warm. Request were made to check ac but did not happen. Also water did not flow freely down the drain in the shower. The staff was lovely although not trained with accurate info. The bar staff out side was helpful and food service manager was super nice letting us make a breakfast switch. The pool was awesome!»

«Helt greitt forretningshotell. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening på alle vis.»

«Koselig hotell med fantastisk service! Nydelig frokost. »

«The room itself was beautiful and the hotel design is lovely. Unfortunately, the lack of staff and poor communication made the check-in process unnecessarily difficult. We had already paid for the room, yet received a separate link to pay the taxes only one day before arrival. On the day of check-in, we received no instructions or access codes, and had to chase them through different WhatsApp links. With no reception or staff on site, clear communication and timely check-in instructions are ...

«The straff went above and beyond and did everything in their power to make it an unforgettable experience. Exceptional!»

«Minimalist hotel yet with excellent amenities in a very central location, walking distance to many food and drinking options»

«Everything great!»
