«We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2 ...

«We were in town for a baseball tournament in Pittsburg. The house was cute and exactly as depicted in the description. It was clean. Communication with host was easy. I loved seeing the renovation pictures in the picture album. I do wish the fridge was bigger. And I did find about 5 windows that were unlocked. It feels like a safe area but you may want to double check the windows when staying there. Outside of those minor things, this was a great place to stay and we would book it again!»

«Room was fine. Desk clerk informed me they are preparing to work on plumbing.»

«The 2nd TV in the 'Suite' portion of our room did not work at all. There were large stains all over the carpet in our rooms - and even worse - visible on the side of the mattresses as the sheets were not tucked in all the way. The final breaking point was NO COFFEE in the morning. The coffee machine in the communal breakfast area was broken. The old-school percolator that they borrowed from the Holiday Inn across the parking lot also did not work. We will never stay again.»

«If you tell customer breakfast is at 6:30 AM, that should happen! I paid for a breakfast that was not there- nothing, and no one was there! Only a 12 cup coffee maker for a hotel is an insult. You coffee sucks; your service sucks! You got mold growing above the shower! No phones in the room means no service if you have problems- or load guest at 2:39 am!»

«I liked that they had a little cafe in the motel. The food was good and the room was clean and confortable»

«Breakfast and staff»

«This was my second stay at the Express Inn. It is the best value and best hotel in town. That is saying a lot considering there are only five hotels in the town/ area.»

«Super clean place to stay the manager or owner Getta very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend staying here.»

«Clean property. Host was easy to communicate with.»

«Very dirty. Room had bugs, ice machine was broken.»

«Everything was perfect!»
