We tried to check in 30 minutes early but no rooms were ready. Finally get checked in and our "freshly cleaned room" had sheets that had dirt or something on them. We were going to be gone for a couple of hours, so before we left, I asked the person at the desk if she could have our sheets changed while we were gone. She said there wasn't anyone that could do it because her one housekeeper she had for the day was gone. She said she could give me a sheet and we could change it. I asked for a comp if we were going to have to change our own sheets. She said most she could do was give me points because I booked through Expedia. She said she would look at them while we were gone. When we got back, luckily she had changed them for us. No points added or anything I guess because she actually did her job. Not impressed for the hotel only being a few years old.
