«We were made to wait 3 hrs to check-in. The staff are not really service-minded. Only 1 key card and when we asked for another they wanted us to pay an extra Rp 50K. This is a nice place overall but extremely dated and certainly not 4 star. Much more geared toward local clientele, so be prepared for that if you book here. Nobody smiles or greets - no hospitality at all.»

«I was the first customer in their new hotel rooms, while the staff are getting to grips with running a hotel they are learning fast and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are brand new and well designed, very comfortable and with a great view over the yacht club and water. The restaurant and bar serves great food and is an amazing space, open to the breeze and the same great view. It’s close to the mainland, just a quick hop on their boat, it’s a bit further to the best snorkeling ...

«This little remote, hideaway boutique style hotel is almost amazing - it already is in so many ways - views stunning, watching the sunset by the pool, on the beach! The villas could do with a little upkeep- but definitely not a negative, the doors don’t fully shut and while the outdoor shower is a nice touch it also lets the mossies into the villa (and our shower didn’t work) - mosquito nets would be a great idea as we got eaten alive even with repellent - the pool is too good to miss and the ...
