«We were made to wait 3 hrs to check-in. The staff are not really service-minded. Only 1 key card and when we asked for another they wanted us to pay an extra Rp 50K. This is a nice place overall but extremely dated and certainly not 4 star. Much more geared toward local clientele, so be prepared for that if you book here. Nobody smiles or greets - no hospitality at all.»

«This villa is architecturally impressive with great views over the sea. The staff are very helpful and professional and the food is good. The infinity pool is one of the best we've seen. It is in a rural setting so it's worth venturing out. Definitely recommend spending a day at Selong Balanak beach about 20km away. «My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. «Affordable stay near the beautiful cliffside Diamond beach. Simple amenities were welcome after travelling for most of the day to reach this side of nusa penida from bali. Receptionist and team were lovely and accommodating, and always went out of their way to help with taxis or fetch anything you needed from town.
